घर में लड्डू गोपाल जी की सेवा एक जीवित नन्हे बालक के समान वात्सल्य भाव से की जाती है। प्रतिदिन प्रातःकाल मधुर स्वर से प्रभु को जगाएं (जागरण)। तत्पश्चात स्वच्छ जल या पंचामृत से स्नान कराकर ऋतु अनुसार सुंदर वस्त्र (पोशाक) पहनाएं और मोर मुकुट से श्रृंगार करें।
